About Me

I am a fully trained instructor in the Leaps and Bounds physical activity programme for Nursery children.

My background has given me valuable experience in children’s exercise and physical development. I taught P.E in a Stafford primary school for 6 years and before that I competed for Great Britain as an International athlete.

I am passionate about helping children to become physically active and wish to encourage as many children as possible to enjoy exercise.

I believe I can achieve this through the delivery of the Leaps and Bounds programme to Nursery children and I hope to foster in children a lifelong involvement in sport and exercise.
